Summary: The Enterprise Application Analyst plays a crucial role in the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level software solutions. This position ensures that applications function as intended, troubleshoots any arising issues, and implements updates to guarantee optimal performance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with IT teams, providing user support, and creating comprehensive documentation, all while emphasizing security and keeping up with industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate application requirements to ensure peak performance and functionality.

  • Work in tandem with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.

  • Implement vital updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain the security and functionality of applications.

  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact internal customers.

  • Apply process automation and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology solutions.

  • Test and validate fixes/solutions, ensuring satisfactory resolution of application issues for end-users.

  • Foster positive working relationships with team members and internal customers.

  • Collaborate with vendor support for issue resolution.

  • Engage in planning and implementation of new application systems.

  • Ensure data integrity and security within all application frameworks.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices relevant to application analysis.

  • Attend meetings with internal customers and/or external vendors to assess and prioritize needs collaboratively.

  • Provide necessary training to end-users.

  • Create documentation for activities related to issue remediation and procedural standards.

  • Train team members on troubleshooting and diagnosing issues effectively.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of monitoring processes for applications and systems.

  • Oversee problem management activities, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
