Aubay is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Consultant - Fund Accounting for its Kirchberg, Luxembourg office. This role focuses on guiding and managing fund event projects such as new fund launches, migrations, mergers, prospectus changes, and liquidations.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the Fund Accounting Expert within the commercial implementation department.
- Oversee operational aspects of fund accounting throughout fund event projects, including new fund setups, migrations, mergers, and liquidations.
- Define and implement a target operating model and NAV timeline that aligns with the bank’s standards.
- Support all teams involved in fund accounting to ensure operational flows meet the requirements of the target model.
- Work closely with project team members to resolve cross-functional issues and dependencies related to fund accounting.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in the client events pipeline, checklists, and project plans, with a strong focus on risk mitigation.
- Participate in regular project calls and conferences with clients and counterparts as part of fund implementation administration.
- Coordinate and manage the connectivity of incoming and outgoing flows with clients or delegates, including IT testing to ensure readiness from day one.
- Facilitate a smooth handover to business-as-usual operations for all fund accounting and related teams after project completion.
- Drive continuous improvement of fund event processes by offering practical solutions and leading post-implementation reviews when needed.
