Job Description

We are seeking our founding Sales Development Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities. As a vital member of our go-to-market team, you will help scale our outbound efforts. We are committed to promoting from within, and this position serves as a springboard for future Account Executive roles. This is a hybrid position, requiring a few days per week in our Austin office.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and drive top-of-funnel opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executive team by identifying and creating new pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects to expedite sales cycles.
  • Become a Coefficient expert, understanding our core personas, their challenges, and our value propositions.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more, creating compelling messaging that highlights the value our product offers.
  • Contribute to our go-to-market strategy by continually innovating and testing new tactics.
