What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales to communicate Datadog’s value, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Lead technical discussions and guide customers during trials, addressing concerns and helping ensure successful outcomes.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to support and close complex sales opportunities.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Document detailed notes and feedback about customer interactions in the CRM, tracking both wins and losses.
- Share product feedback and competitive insights with internal teams and customers.
