Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – minimum 4 days/week in office)
Reports To: Enterprise Sales Director
Travel: >50%, primarily to customer locations
Position Overview
As an Enterprise Solution Architect at Kobiton, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise revenue growth as a strategic sales resource. This position requires a unique blend of sales expertise, pre-sales knowledge, and technical implementation skills. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions, deliver engaging demonstrations, and ensure the successful adoption of Kobiton’s innovative mobile testing platform.
The ideal candidate excels in customer-facing roles, effectively bridges the gap between business and technology, and helps clients achieve tangible business outcomes from their investments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Pre-Sales Engagement
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to identify opportunities and provide technical leadership throughout the sales process.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to reveal customer pain points, technical requirements, and business goals.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).
- Design and present customized solution architectures that align Kobiton’s platform with client requirements.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical assessments, and competitive positioning.
Technical Implementation & Customer Success
- Assist customers during onboarding with best-practice implementation, configuration, and integration advice.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and Kobiton’s Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Provide hands-on support for CI/CD integrations, automation frameworks, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure that on-premise Kobiton Labs are configured correctly, stable, and optimized for high performance.
- Train customer teams on best practices for utilizing Kobiton Labs to maximize adoption and ROI.
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lab performance, testing productivity, and business metrics to demonstrate value.
Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on trends in mobile testing, DevOps practices, and competitor offerings.
- Represent customer feedback in product roadmap discussions and advocate for necessary improvements.
- Create and maintain whitepapers, case studies, technical guides, and videos for client education.
- Represent Kobiton as a technical expert at conferences, industry events, and webinars.
