Your Role

As an Enterprise Solution Engineer at Zip, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our comprehensive solution suite during the pre-sales process. Your mission is to advocate for Zip’s solutions, guiding prospective clients on how our application can add significant value to their operations while aligning with their procurement and technology frameworks. You will collaborate closely with account executives and sales managers to successfully close deals.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to potential customers, instilling confidence in Zip’s ability to resolve their challenges. You'll also translate customer needs to our post-sales solutions consultants to ensure smooth deployments. As a subject matter expert on our product capabilities and future roadmap, your insights will directly influence product development and sales strategies.

We seek innovative problem solvers who are eager to contribute to the growth of our Pre-Sales organization. Your feedback will be crucial in refining our sales approach as we scale. As an early member of our regional team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our strategy across all market segments, and your proactive, hands-on attitude will be essential in building Zip's presence in this territory.
