In this fully remote position, you will handle incoming calls, initiate outreach to healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and partner pharmacies, and provide real-time updates to healthcare providers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include supporting prescription processing workflows, assisting with prior authorizations, processing orders, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
You will benefit from structured training, hands-on team support, and clear pathways for professional growth in pharmacy operations and benefits coordination, gradually taking on more complex responsibilities. Additionally, there will be opportunities to participate in new outreach initiatives as our business evolves, allowing you to engage in process improvement and cross-department collaboration.
