We are located in Watertown, MA, and are looking for full-time, in-office candidates eager to explore the dynamic realm of scientific computing.

This program, spanning from 2024 to 2026, aims to recruit ten outstanding recent graduates from Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. These individuals will play a crucial role in our technical team, contributing significantly to our growth trajectory towards the 2030s. Each participant will be paired with a senior technical staff member who will act as a mentor, providing guidance in tackling complex technical challenges ranging from analyzing persistent divergence to navigating intricate system coupling, optimizing GPU efficiency, and much more. If you are ambitious, driven, and ready to make a substantial contribution in scientific computing, this opportunity will be immensely fulfilling.

Immediate Responsibilities:

  1. Physics Computing: Design and implement algorithms and software for physics simulations across various domains, including electromagnetics, photonics, fluid dynamics, thermal, and structural analysis.
  2. Infrastructure Computing: Create algorithms and software that enhance computational experiences, focusing on optimizing GPU systems, managing and visualizing large-scale scientific data, and advancing next-generation workflow optimization.

Growth Trajectory Over 3 Years:

  1. Become recognized experts in computational electromagnetics and fluid dynamics.
  2. Transition into senior frontend or backend developer roles.
  3. Develop into elite HPC specialists.
  4. Advance towards emerging software architect positions.
  5. Grow into dynamic engineering managers.

  7. Become persuasive marketers.
