- Facilitate and coordinate organizational development initiatives, including corporate social responsibility programs, town halls, and employee engagement activities, ensuring smooth execution from planning to follow-up.
- Oversee the growth and maintenance of the talent pool through the Employee Development Programme.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to manage partnership programs for internships and scholarship opportunities.
- Support the execution of HR projects and organizational strategies in concert with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage government training grants, including the HRDF application process and reimbursements, ensuring compliance and efficient administration.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of training policies and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
- Contribute to the sourcing, implementation, and management of training programs, including program promotion, effectiveness evaluation, record-keeping, and logistical coordination for both in-house and external training sessions.
- Support HR Business Partners in developing effective job designs, organizational structures, and job descriptions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management as needed.
