Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.2 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the job

  • Facilitate and coordinate organizational development initiatives, including corporate social responsibility programs, town halls, and employee engagement activities, ensuring smooth execution from planning to follow-up.
  • Oversee the growth and maintenance of the talent pool through the Employee Development Programme.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to manage partnership programs for internships and scholarship opportunities.
  • Support the execution of HR projects and organizational strategies in concert with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage government training grants, including the HRDF application process and reimbursements, ensuring compliance and efficient administration.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of training policies and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Contribute to the sourcing, implementation, and management of training programs, including program promotion, effectiveness evaluation, record-keeping, and logistical coordination for both in-house and external training sessions.
  • Support HR Business Partners in developing effective job designs, organizational structures, and job descriptions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management as needed.
