Your Role:
We seek a strategic thinker with experience in marketing, advertising, customer experience, or CRM. A passion for engaging brands and a knack for generating fresh ideas are essential. You will collaborate across diverse accounts, initially focusing on the automotive sector, delivering innovative strategies that result in impactful outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive CRM strategies to engage consumers throughout their brand journey, utilizing various channels such as web, email, mobile, direct mail, and social media.
- Conduct primary research and analyze third-party data to extract insights that inform strategic initiatives and creative briefs.
- Craft compelling, insight-driven narratives by translating complex strategies and data into clear, visually engaging stories that foster alignment and inspire creativity.
- Create and communicate creative briefs to internal teams, inspiring exceptional work.
- Formulate content and communication strategies that personalize engagement at scale for different customer segments.
