At Essel Environmental, we are searching for a dedicated Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in managing mid to large-scale construction projects.
Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 annually
As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects in various sectors, including:
- Colleges and Universities
- K-12 Construction with DSA oversight
- Specialized sectors (OSHPD, etc.)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing plans and specifications for accuracy, preparing General Conditions, and establishing baseline schedules for subcontractors or self-performing teams.
- Tracking project costs and managing all change management processes, RFIs, and owner pay applications.
- Overseeing shop drawings and submittals, drafting subcontracts and purchase orders, managing subcontractor relationships, and conducting regular job site coordination meetings.
- Managing client relationships and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assisting in establishing a field office in the Bay Area and leading a team.
