With a Master's degree (Bac +5), you have a minimum of 5 years of successful project planning experience and proficiency with professional planning tools (PRIMAVERA P6/MS PROJECT) in the nuclear sector or a similar role. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a team environment. Your curiosity and eagerness to understand technical activities and subjects are commendable. Additionally, you are recognized for your rigor, synthesis skills, and clear communication.

About the job

Join TechnicAtome's Cadarache facility as a Project Planner for the RJH Reactor Block project. You will be an essential part of the Planning team, responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the project schedule management plan to support construction and deliver project timelines.
  2. Coordinating all stakeholders and project lots to update, build, and deliver 2nd and 3rd level schedules to the client, ensuring:
    • Timely updates of the holder schedules as required,
    • Compliance of 3rd level schedules and assumptions with client requirements,
    • Analysis of discrepancies in holder schedules against reference schedules, requesting justifications and identifying major milestone impacts,
    • Monthly physical progress calculation per lot and quarterly re-forecasting for each lot,
    • Justifying input data for 2nd and 3rd level schedules to the client and analyzing their integration before finalization,
    • Drafting or updating the summary note of scheduling assumptions from TechnicAtome to CEA and monitoring their evolution and consequences.
  3. Supporting the Project Management Leader with internal and client reporting.
  4. Developing internal (Management milestones, Governance Reviews) and external (entry, interface, exit milestones) project milestones according to current procedures.

Note: Frequent travel to Aix is required.

These responsibilities may evolve with the diverse projects at TechnicAtome, including nuclear propulsion and civil nuclear initiatives.
