The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Sales Director to implement our wholesale and retail sales strategies. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with independent bike retailers, aiming to expand the presence of our elegantly designed bikes.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective independent bike retail partners in the Netherlands. Engage in outreach efforts—including cold calling, email prospecting, social media engagement, and in-person visits—to encourage retailers to stock Cowboy bikes. Qualify and close sales opportunities effectively. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner retailers. Navigate objections and challenges with confidence and professionalism. Achieve and surpass set weekly and monthly sales targets. Manage and support key accounts and partners throughout the Netherlands.
