Role Overview: Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager serves as the main contact for all HR matters at Hotel TwentySeven. This position covers the full spectrum of HR policy, personnel administration, and processes for recruitment, development, and offboarding. The HR Manager coaches line management on personnel policies, always balancing business needs with the human aspect.
This role works closely with the Director and General Manager, reporting directly to them. The HR Manager sets policies, ensures quality execution, and actively seeks ways to improve job satisfaction for colleagues across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the HR team
- Advise, coach, and support management and department heads on HR and organizational policies
- Co-develop and implement strategic HR policies
- Monitor HR budgets and use HR analytics
- Set up, coordinate, and execute HR projects (such as sustainable employability, talent development, and employer branding)
- Oversee recruitment, development, and offboarding processes
- Optimize and streamline HR processes and systems
- Take ultimate responsibility for accurate HR administration and compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and absence processes
- Participate as a member of the Management Team
