As a Call Center Data Technician, you will serve as the initial contact for participants in Alaska's commercial halibut, sablefish, and crab fisheries, processing incoming data and reports, entering information into various database systems, notifying officers of violations, and providing essential landing and permit information. What Does Your Typical Day Look Like? In this role, you will: Receive and Process various forms including:IFQ Prior Notices of Landings (PNOLs)IFQ, Crab Rationalization, and Guided Angler Fishing dataeLandings Customer Support CallsIFQ Transshipment AuthorizationsVessel Monitoring System (VMS) Check-out Reports & Area Vessel ClearanceIFQ Departure ReportsViolation Reporting FormsDaily Cumulative Production Logs, Daily and Charter Fishing LogsProduct Transfer ReportsForeign Fisheries DataKey-enter and conduct sight verification of all received data.Adhere to established procedures, guidelines, and regulations.Ensure the quality and accuracy of all processed data.Meet processing deadlines as per the established time frames.Maintain files for all input documents as required by local procedures.Request priority assignments from the AKD COR when necessary.
