Role overview The Field Service & Installation Manager oversees the team that installs and services hydrogen refueling systems worldwide. This role acts as a link between technology, customers, and the wider organization, ensuring installations are executed smoothly and systems deliver reliable performance. The manager is responsible for building a scalable service organization that supports customer satisfaction, business growth, and ongoing improvement. Key responsibilities Translate business plans into actionable objectives for installation, commissioning, and service operations. Develop and communicate a vision for field operations that aligns with commercial growth goals. Establish annual plans and KPIs, then monitor and manage performance to achieve targets. Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15–20 professionals, encouraging ownership, skill development, and collaboration. Plan and allocate resources efficiently, including for international assignments. Oversee smooth transitions from project completion to installation and commissioning stages. Contribute to the development of service contracts and maintenance offerings. Location This position is based in Assen, Drenthe, Nederland.

From the handover by Sales to the successful delivery and commissioning, you will ensure a structured project organization, clear communication, and an exceptional customer experience.You will manage projects lasting approximately 12 to 18 months and lead multifunctional teams of 6 to 12 professionals across various disciplines, including engineering, IT, operations, installation, commissioning, and product support. It manages contract administration, meter data processing, invoicing, and revenue settlement, addressing the complex needs of energy retail. Role overview This Product Manager position is based in Assen, Drenthe, Netherlands. Reporting to the Head of Product (Group), the role leads the direction and growth of the Contract & Billing platform. The next 18–24 months will be pivotal as Eneve works to maintain its platform as the preferred choice for energy suppliers in a shifting market. What you will do Oversee the full product lifecycle for the Contract & Billing platform, including strategy, roadmap, positioning, and commercial outcomes Lead a team of two Product Owners and a growing group of data scientists, shaping both product direction and team development Define and communicate the strategic vision for the product, serving as the main contact for Sales, Marketing, and key clients Work independently to challenge assumptions, determine what the team should build, and clarify rationale, target audience, and pricing Handle line management duties, supporting and developing team members Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end product ownership Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team Confident in defining product strategy and making decisions in a volatile market Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating with clients and stakeholders This principal-level role carries significant influence over product direction and team culture at Eneve.
