As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in generating new business through a variety of outbound campaigns, cultivating relationships with potential customers, and pinpointing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Project 1: Lead Generation & Qualification
- Actively prospect small to medium-sized businesses through outbound calls and emails.
- Formulate and implement territory action plans, identifying target companies and prospects.
- Engage in high-level discussions with senior decision-makers to comprehend their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Arrange meetings to transition to other sales teams, with a goal of meeting or surpassing monthly quotas.
- Research and expand both existing and new accounts, effectively addressing objections to qualify opportunities.
Project 2: Product Sales & Upselling
- Perform daily outbound calls and emails to connect with decision-makers, assess their needs, and finalize sales.
- Articulate the advantages of the client's products and solutions, emphasizing how they cater to customer needs across various industries and company sizes.
- Lead outbound prospecting campaigns, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Manage and enhance relationships with existing customers, proposing additional products or expanding their usage of current services.
- Resolve minor technical issues or refer them to the appropriate team.
