As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities through diverse outbound campaigns, fostering relationships with potential clients, and pinpointing sales prospects. Key Responsibilities:
Project 1: Lead Generation & Qualification
- Actively prospect small and medium-sized enterprises through outbound calls and emails.
- Craft and implement territory action plans to identify target companies and prospects.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers to comprehend their needs and qualify them as potential clients.
- Coordinate meetings to transition leads to other sales teams, striving to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Research and develop existing and new accounts, effectively addressing objections to qualify opportunities.
Project 2: Product Sales & Upselling
- Conduct daily outbound communications to connect with decision-makers, evaluate their needs, and finalize sales.
- Articulate the advantages of the client's products and solutions, emphasizing how they align with customer requirements across various sectors and company sizes.
- Lead outbound prospecting initiatives, from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, proposing additional products or expanding their usage of current services.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or refer them to the appropriate team.
