In your role as a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in generating new business through various outbound campaigns. You will cultivate relationships with potential customers and identify promising sales opportunities. By recommending tailored digital solutions, you will help businesses enhance collaboration, accelerate their processes, and foster innovation.
Responsibilities:
Project 1: Lead Generation & Qualification
- Proactively reach out to small and medium-sized enterprises via outbound calls and emails.
- Develop and implement territory action strategies, targeting specific companies and prospects.
- Engage in meaningful discussions with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and assess their qualification as prospective customers.
- Arrange meetings to hand off to other sales teams, with the objective of meeting or surpassing monthly quotas.
- Research and expand existing and new accounts while effectively addressing objections to qualify opportunities.
Project 2: Product Sales & Upselling
- Perform daily outbound calls and emails to connect with decision-makers, identify their needs, and finalize sales.
- Articulate the advantages of the client's products and solutions, emphasizing how they address customer needs across diverse industries and company sizes.
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts, from initial outreach through to deal closure.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, proposing additional products or expanding their current service usage.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate them to the relevant team.
