Demand Generation Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for specific vertical software solutions.
- Plan, execute, and manage key demand generation initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email campaigns, to enhance pipeline generation throughout the sales funnel.
- Lead the organization and execution of webinars for prospects and customers, overseeing promotion, registration, attendance, and the creation of derivative marketing materials from on-demand sessions.
- Work closely with the Sales Development and Field Sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-ups, providing essential enablement resources and optimizing Gong/Salesforce sequences for improved conversion rates.
- Partner with Operations to monitor end-to-end performance, analyze campaign attribution, and conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis to align programs with revenue objectives.
- Manage the vertical marketing budget, directing digital agencies and expenditures to meet pipeline targets.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a successful track record in demand generation and field/regional marketing within a SaaS or technology context.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot (or Marketo), and demand generation platforms like 6sense or Drift.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that meet pipeline and revenue goals.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage UTM-based attribution and web analytics for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable narratives.
- A collaborative approach with demonstrated capability to work across various functions effectively.
