Centria Autism is hiring a part-time, in-home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers flexibility for those balancing other commitments or returning to the field. BCBAs set their own schedules, choosing when and how many clients to serve.
What you will do
- Manage a limited caseload as a BCBA, focusing on individualized, assent-based ABA treatment plans.
- Coach and support Behavior Technicians through modeling and guidance.
- Collaborate with families by providing parent training and involving them in therapy.
- Track client progress, adjusting programming based on data and team input.

- Flexible scheduling: Choose daytime hours, specific days, or a small number of clients to fit your needs.
- Clinical focus: Administrative tasks are minimized with help from the operations team and the CareConnect platform, so you can focus on client outcomes.
- Ongoing support: Access Clinical Directors, other BCBAs, and the Clinical Excellence Team for collaboration and guidance.
- Assent-based ABA: Provide therapy using Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment, emphasizing compassionate, child-led care.
- Growth potential: Increase hours or pursue mentorship and leadership as your availability changes.
Compensation
The base rate for this part-time BCBA position is $75 per hour.
