What you will do
- Clarify business requests by asking questions, then translate those needs into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain intermediate to advanced Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched) to automate insurance processes.
- Manage complex data models and perform accurate data loading using tools such as Demand Tools, ensuring data relationships stay intact.
- Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, sharing rules, and automation to keep systems running smoothly.
- Balance ongoing project work with daily support requests, delivering both long-term improvements and timely assistance.
