Your Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from Spanish merchants through phone, email, and digital platforms, facilitating their journey from initial contact to activation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, utilizing value-driven sales techniques to align merchants with the best SumUp solutions, including card readers, POS systems, and payment tools.
- Close sales efficiently, often in a single call, while ensuring the highest quality of conversation.
- Maintain accurate records of your sales pipeline and activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-departmental partners in Operations and Customer Support to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in inbound or telesales, showcasing a proven track record of high performance.
