- Step in for the Executive Chef during planning and directing food preparation as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise in the kitchen efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff, including creating work schedules.
- Manage inventory by ordering supplies as required.
- Uphold and enforce hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards colleagues and customers.
