YOUR NEW TEAM
We are on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to enhance our Customer Communication team. Our mission is to streamline the loan application process by creating an innovative omni-channel communication landscape. By developing services that ensure timely and meaningful interactions with our customers, via email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and our automated dialer for calls, we aim to elevate the customer experience. Our team continuously optimizes the customer journey through data-driven experiments.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop and maintain data-intensive Node.js and TypeScript services operating on AWS Lambda and Kubernetes.
- Ensure the reliability and stability of customer communication services through effective traffic management.
- Design and implement new features while enhancing existing systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Contribute innovative ideas to integrate artificial intelligence into our processes.
- Engage actively in team decision-making regarding goals, timelines, and tech stack.
