Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager focused on delivering exceptional web and app development projects. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of project execution, including support and maintenance tasks.The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, enhancing existing structures while taking full responsibility for project outcomes. You will foster collaboration among teams, ensuring a proactive approach to project progression.Although senior management retains overall client relationships, you will spearhead client communications, manage reporting, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive daily project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & DeliveryOversee the complete delivery of web/app development initiatives.Facilitate sprint planning, execution, and closure with Development and Quality Assurance teams.Ensure timely completion of sprints while minimizing spillover.Clarify project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.Maintain project momentum across multiple workstreams.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks and potential roadblocks proactively.Escalate issues promptly with mitigation strategies.Analyze root causes of delays and implement resolutions.Manage dependencies across teams effectively.Client-Facing ResponsibilitiesLead client status meetings and discussions regarding deliverables.Provide structured progress updates and detailed reports.Coordinate UAT, ensuring alignment and closure on entry and exit criteria.Manage support ticket prioritization and tracking.Maintain professional communication with enterprise-level clients.Technical CollaborationCollaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure realistic planning and execution.Engage in technical discussions to challenge timelines and clarify dependencies.Translate technical progress into clear communication for clients.
