Responsibilities:
- Develop and steer product strategy and vision to align with overarching business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and enhancements based on user insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Promote exceptional user experiences, ensuring that products meet high usability, accessibility, and value standards.
- Articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, securing alignment and engagement across the organization.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and user experiences to ensure product excellence.
- Leverage data-driven insights to establish and refine key performance metrics to enhance product outcomes.
- Formulate effective go-to-market strategies that drive market expansion, collaborating closely with relevant teams to foster adoption and success.
- Lead by example, nurturing a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture that inspires others to embody our values.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in software product management, with a demonstrable history of successful product delivery.
- Robust background in the fintech or banking sectors, with an in-depth understanding of financial services products.
- Proven expertise in card products.
- Experience managing both greenfield and brownfield products, with a track record of launching products in regulated markets.
- Ability to lead and mentor other product managers, working alongside UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies and the capability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving acumen, creativity, and the ability to think innovatively.
- High emotional intelligence, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Dynamic, results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced diverse environment, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
