Role overview The Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner – Commercial will report to the SVP of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The role centers on aligning HR strategies with business needs as Amylyx prepares for commercial scale-up and key data milestones. Key responsibilities Advise the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team to ensure HR initiatives support business objectives. Lead efforts to build and enhance the commercial function, supporting both corporate and field-based teams. Provide broad HR Business Partner support across the company, including Clinical, Technical Operations, and G&A functions as needed during the initial phase. Balance strategic leadership with hands-on HR work in a resource-limited and adaptive setting. Adapt responsibilities as the company grows, transitioning from broad HRBP support to a more specialized commercial HR leadership focus as milestones are achieved.
