Job Summary/Objective:
The Director of Commercial Sales at Neo4j will be instrumental in driving growth, formulating sales strategies, and generating revenue targeting Digital Native and Commercial Accounts across the United States. This position involves leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives, overseeing the development and execution of sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and fostering strategic partnerships. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the graph database landscape, influence industries, and propel innovation.
This is a remote position, but applicants must be based in the Greater San Francisco Bay or Chicago areas.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships across the nation.
- Enhance team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are not only met but exceeded.
