Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing rigorous testing protocols that guarantee the delivery of top-tier products to our clients. You will innovate solutions to complex testing challenges, enhance scalability, and improve our automation, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics methodologies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the manufacturing test engineering team, setting clear objectives, guiding initiatives, and evaluating team performance.Design and implement a comprehensive manufacturing test strategy for each product to facilitate scalable operations, transitioning from pre-production to full-scale manufacturing.Drive advancements in manufacturing testing, emphasizing automation, consistency, and operational efficiency.Analyze test data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.Effectively communicate strategic objectives to stakeholders, facilitating the scaling of platforms from low-rate initial production (LRIP) to full-rate production (FRP).Collaborate closely with product development teams to enhance design testability and ensure smooth production integration.Lead the selection and implementation of new testing equipment, conducting cost-benefit and ROI analyses as necessary.Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, reducing costs, improving quality, and boosting productivity through refined testing practices.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the engineering department.Serve as the primary technical authority on manufacturing test issues, providing expert advice and troubleshooting support.
