We specialize in the development and production of collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the sophisticated software that drives these autonomous systems. We are seeking a Program Director to oversee one of our largest development initiatives, guiding it through all phases of the contract lifecycle, from initial R&D to successful contract closure. We achieve this by creating, maintaining, and executing vital operational processes, analytics, and tools, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders who play a role in shaping the built environment necessary for Anduril’s mission. This includes construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and more. We prioritize listening to the needs of our Division Leaders, ensuring that whether it’s autonomous submarines, robotic fighter jets, or AR headsets, we are directly supporting their success.We seek a seasoned Preconstruction Lead who can effectively collaborate with our Strategic Real Estate team and various executives to plan capital projects and set them up for success.
