The Design & Construction team at Anduril is responsible for delivering the vital infrastructure – including factories, laboratories, offices, and secure environments – that empower our teams to design, build, and deploy next-generation defense technologies. Our projects encompass high-performance manufacturing facilities, mission-critical secure locations, and collaborative workspaces, exposing our team to a diverse array of technical and operational challenges.
Our contributions go beyond mere construction; we are actively rebuilding the American defense industrial base. Our work accelerates the transition of critical technologies from concept to production, ensuring they reach the hands of those who defend our nation.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Project Insights team, a key component of the broader Design & Construction organization at Anduril, is tasked with delivering essential support to activate our innovative factories, offices, and secure spaces. We achieve this by creating, maintaining, and executing vital operational processes, analytics, and tools, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders who play a role in shaping the built environment necessary for Anduril’s mission. This includes construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and more. We prioritize listening to the needs of our Division Leaders, ensuring that whether it’s autonomous submarines, robotic fighter jets, or AR headsets, we are directly supporting their success.
We seek a seasoned Preconstruction Lead who can effectively collaborate with our Strategic Real Estate team and various executives to plan capital projects and set them up for success.
