About This Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's expansion by identifying and selecting our most valuable asset: our people. While each day will present new challenges, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of areas, including:
- Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights, being the first point of contact for thousands of candidates and assisting them in understanding why AlphaSights is an exceptional workplace. Manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process from application to hire.
- Candidate Assessment: Help us discover the next generation of Client Service talent. Review resumes, assess applications, and conduct initial screening calls, making swift, impactful decisions that shape our team from the outset.
- Coordination & Operations: Master the core fundamentals that facilitate our high-volume recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, processing reimbursements, and sending offer letters. Collaborate closely with our hiring managers and stakeholders to support every facet of the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Generation & Management: Take charge of creating and managing a high-quality and active candidate pipeline; proactively source candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn) and employ creative methods for outreach and engagement.
