Your Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and text; schedule service and sales appointments; maintain a customer database; address customer concerns to ensure a seamless experience; collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve dealership objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking; prior experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the automotive sector; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous; a positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
