Position Overview:
As a Receptionist at Maserati of Central New Jersey, you will serve as the welcoming face of our dealership, offering a warm and professional greeting to customers both in-person and on the phone. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer interaction is enjoyable and that the dealership operates seamlessly. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on customer interaction and excels in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers upon their arrival at the dealership, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the correct departments or personnel.
Facilitate customer flow and effectively communicate with Sales and Service teams.
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries, providing detailed information about services, products, and dealership policies.
Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and mail handling.
Maintain a professional image of the dealership at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
