Ensure end-to-end traceability across disciplines, maintaining alignment between requirements, design, and delivery.Define and implement verification and validation (V&V) strategies to ensure project requirements are met throughout the lifecycle. Support projects in adhering to structured governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and internal standards.

Lead a dynamic team of Structural Analysis Engineers to ensure the integrity and reliability of ICEYE’s satellites.Utilize your expertise in structural engineering to define requirements based on mission and launcher constraints.Oversee trade studies, design reviews, and the preparation of verification and qualification documentation.Ensure timely product delivery from initial concept through to qualification stages.Drive continuous improvements in structural design methodologies and analysis techniques.Collaborate effectively with hardware engineering, assembly, integration, and testing (AIT), and quality teams to meet compliance standards for launch and operational environments.Engage with system and subsystem engineers to establish requirements for new satellite products.Support integration and validation processes, working through issues with both internal teams and external partners.
