This role is instrumental in delivering value to our clients through both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with the sales team to devise successful strategies for our clients.Conducting pre-sales technical functions to develop systems designs.Creating Bill of Materials (BoM), illustrations, diagrams, and Statements of Work (SoW).Communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical personnel.Implementing the systems designed in the post-sales process.Producing documentation following project implementation.Providing comprehensive end-user systems administration training for CompuNet-installed solutions.Building strategic relationships with key manufacturer Partner Systems Engineers.Key Expectations for This Role:Listening to and addressing customer technical challenges to design appropriate solutions that align with their business needs.Ability to engage in high-level discussions regarding multiple technologies.Effectively relaying technical information to diverse audiences.Maintaining current certifications while pursuing new areas of expertise.Participating actively in team functions including calls, meetings, and events.Technologies Involved in This Role:Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutionsStorage solutions including Block, File, and Object storage
