Your Role
We are seeking a high-caliber individual who can surpass agency performance, not just manage it.
This position encompasses total oversight of all performance paid media across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, and Email. You will be accountable for ROAS and revenue, setting strategic direction, executing campaigns, collaborating with the creative team, and ensuring that every investment is maximized.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and efficiency of all paid media including Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, Email, and SMS.
- Accountable for ROAS, CAC, and revenue metrics derived from your campaigns.
- Develop a cohesive cross-channel strategy that aligns all platforms with our overarching business objectives.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance playbook that is well-documented and easily transferable.
- Exercise full technical ownership to reduce reliance on external contractors.
What You Will Do
- Execute campaigns directly through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search & Shopping, Display/PMAX, and Email & SMS, focusing on driving ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Formulate and implement full-funnel paid media strategies for product launches, determining channel mix, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Lead retention, win-back, and repurchase initiatives utilizing paid media and CRM strategies, optimizing Email & SMS flows.
- Develop and sustain the performance playbook and measurement standards, delivering actionable insights weekly to guide decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media with direct accountability for ROAS.
- Demonstrated success with Meta Ads and Google Ads managing significant budgets.
- Experience with TikTok Ads focused on driving conversions.
- A strong eCommerce background with a revenue-driven focus, rather than merely brand awareness.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or equivalent.
