You will lead the execution of the NPI supply chain across multiple initiatives, significantly influencing the trajectory and efficacy of the NPIMM function.Your ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Execution: Spearhead supply chain preparedness through all phases (EVT/DVT) from prototype to production launch.Establish Best Practices: Formulate and refine standards for BOM management, supplier readiness, and material tracking.Cross-Functional Connector: Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to ensure timely data flow and aligned priorities.Supplier Engagement: Cultivate and manage key supplier relationships for NPI builds while proactively mitigating material risks.Problem Solving: Design clear escalation pathways and accountability frameworks for technical data and sourcing decisions.Continuous Improvement: Recognize process gaps and lead initiatives to enhance NPI workflows and minimize obstacles.Ownership and Communication: Demonstrate strong ownership, act with urgency, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
