We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide our clients in transforming creative experimentation into tangible business results.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner for our clients, assisting them in maximizing the value derived from Shook’s platform and production capabilities.
Your collaboration with performance marketing teams will involve planning creative testing, analyzing results, and overseeing the production of short-video advertisements across diverse markets and platforms.
This position exists at the crossroads of creative strategy, performance marketing, and operational excellence.
Your mission is to support clients in converting creative chaos into structured insights and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Partnership
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ performance objectives, marketing strategies, and media environments.
• Offer insights on creative strategy, testing methodologies, and performance marketing best practices.
• Regularly engage with key customers across Europe in person.
Creative & Performance Optimization
• Evaluate campaign and creative performance data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
