Your role transitions from execution to owning the strategy that supports our international expansion and ambitious business goals.Own Payroll Strategy: Define the overarching vision and roadmap across our global entities, ensuring readiness for our next milestone concerning compliance and scalability.Manage Regional Operations: Supervise timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for our four primary European entities as well as smaller global countries through local vendors.System and Process Evolution: Evaluate existing vendor partnerships and workflows to enhance, automate, and streamline our approach.Global Transformation & Think Sideways InnovationAt Aiven, we embrace lateral thinking to tackle complex challenges.
