THE ROLE We are in search of a seasoned and results-driven Regional Fleet Lead to oversee and support a team of Asset Analysts throughout Central Europe. The RAL will implement regional fleet strategies, ensure the consistent application of processes, and enhance performance in alignment with customer satisfaction, unavailability, and fleet goals. Reporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Operations Strategy Director, the RAL serves as the operational backbone of the region. This position demands a highly collaborative leader capable of effectively translating strategy into action while supporting local depots through the coordination and oversight of regional processes and partnerships. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Regional Execution & Operational Support Supervise daily operational processes across the region, ensuring seamless coordination with local depots and Asset Analysts. Guarantee full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly regarding health & safety, facilities, inventory management, and service delivery. Track and drive results on key performance indicators (KPIs), especially unavailability, supplier network efficiency, vehicle maintenance costs, and fleet processes. Conduct regular field visits to evaluate operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures. Act as the right-hand person to the Regional Director and serve as the Regional Operations Manager’s substitute during absences. Team Leadership & People Development Lead and nurture a team of Asset Analysts through consistent one-on-one meetings, team check-ins, and coaching sessions.

The position covers payroll data management, transaction oversight, and resolution of payroll-related questions. Main Responsibilities Gather and prepare payroll data to process transactions for new hires, departures, sick leave, and bonuses. Ensure timely submission to international payroll service providers by the monthly deadline. Review monthly payroll files and confirm all required documentation is available for verification. Monitor international payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and correct them before salary payments are processed. Improve and manage international payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Work with international payroll service providers to implement process improvements and resolve procedural issues.
