THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Fleet Lead to oversee and support a team of Asset Analysts in our Central Europe region. The Regional Fleet Lead will be responsible for implementing regional fleet strategies, ensuring the effective deployment of processes, and driving performance aligned with customer satisfaction, vehicle availability, and fleet management objectives.
Reporting to the Regional Director and functionally to the Operations Strategy Director, you will serve as the operational backbone of the region. This role requires a collaborative leader who can adeptly translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans while supporting local depots through effective coordination and oversight of regional processes and partnerships.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Regional Execution & Operational Support
- Manage daily operations across the region while ensuring seamless coordination with local depots and Asset Analysts.
- Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly in health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
- Monitor and drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on vehicle availability, supplier networks, and maintenance costs.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
- Assist the Regional Director and act as their representative during their absence.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead and cultivate a team of Asset Analysts through regular one-on-ones, team check-ins, and professional coaching.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team.
