Guarantee full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly in health and safety, facilities management, stock management, and service delivery. Monitor and drive results on key performance indicators (KPIs), especially customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular field visits to evaluate operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Act as the right hand to the Regional Director and serve as the BROM’s substitute during absences.
