About the Role
TransPerfect, a global leader in language services and technology, is looking for a Client Services Associate to join the Lisbon team. This role supports existing clients and manages all aspects of their language projects, acting as the main point of contact throughout each assignment.
What You Will Do
- Respond to client inquiries for new project initiatives using TransPerfect’s centralized technology system.
- Work closely with the production team to define project scope and prepare cost and timeline estimates for translation work.
- Launch projects by providing detailed budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team, while identifying and addressing potential challenges early.
- Resolve client issues before handing projects to the production team.
- Initiate project details as needed to support the production team’s success.
- Learn about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture, and share this knowledge with the project team to deliver tailored service.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, keeping deadlines and budgets on track and ensuring high-quality results.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal production staff.
- Set and manage client expectations throughout each project.
- Follow all ISO regulations, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex projects when required.
- Understand and follow detailed project instructions, communicating clearly with the production team.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and production staff to address issues and find solutions.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
