In the position of Webflow Developer / Front-End Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Webflow and front-end development to deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering, you will have significant ownership over the projects you contribute to.Your primary responsibility will be to create fast, reliable, and engaging experiences on our marketing site, while also maintaining systems that support SEO, experimentation, and overall growth.What You’ll Be Working OnDeveloping and maintaining dynamic pages and components in Webflow (including CMS, localization, and integrations)Creating custom front-end functionalities (JavaScript, animations, interactive widgets, forms, experiments)Enhancing and supporting internal SEO and automation tools (currently operating on AWS)Interfacing with Lambda functions, APIs, and basic backend services as necessaryOptimizing performance, accessibility, and technical SEO principlesCollaborating closely with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering teamsDelivering quality work swiftly, iterating frequently, and maintaining high standardsSkills and RequirementsProven experience working with Webflow in a production environmentStrong foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with front-end frameworks and librariesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
