An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to be part of a vibrant hotel restaurant in the heart of London.
As part of the team, you will have the chance to contribute to menu creation and collaborate closely with the Head Chef.
If you possess relevant experience as a Sous Chef, ideally in 4 or 5-star hotels, and are eager to embrace this hands-on position, we want to hear from you!

As a Sous Chef, you will:
- Have at least one year of experience in your previous role
- Understand the operations of a hotel's main kitchen, including Room Service and Bar food
- Be committed to excellence in culinary arts
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities
