The 2028 Games will be the first Summer Olympics held in the U. S. in 32 years, marking Los Angeles' third Olympic hosting and its inaugural Paralympic Games. Position: Director of Workforce Integration Strategy
The Director of Workforce Integration will lead LA28's initiatives to cultivate a cohesive workforce experience for employees, volunteers, and contractors. This role involves fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including organized labor, both locally in Los Angeles and nationally, to ensure seamless operations during the Games. The position will also be responsible for the development and implementation of workforce policies, contractor guidelines, and the overall management of the contractor workforce experience.
