Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Traffic Executive with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and crafting remarkable client experiences. In this essential role, you will be the primary contact for our clients, managing daily orders, responding to inquiries, and providing proactive support across various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your goal will be to anticipate and surpass client expectations, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, effective, and positive.
In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the sales team to conduct client demonstrations, participate in meetings, and assist in integrating our solutions into clients' workflows.
