Work Experience
Essential:
- Thorough understanding of OTC Sales Order operations.
- Proficient in SAP Finance module.
- Experience in a shared services/customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures.
- Expertise in systems, applications, and operating tools, along with strong metrics and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Order Processing Responsibilities
- Assess incoming orders from the Retained Organization (RO) for compliance with established formats.
- Execute technical, commercial, and administrative validations on customer orders.
- Log daily volumes, rejections, exceptions, and quality checks promptly.
- Input order details systematically into the database.
- Process orders in accordance with standard operating procedures within the stipulated Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Engage with RO to resolve any discrepancies concerning order details.
- Establish and maintain an order fulfilment tracker to facilitate order monitoring activities.
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to order processing.
- Address inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in relevant training to ensure effective knowledge transfer for self and peers in GSSCs.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to fulfill tasks assigned by RO or team lead.
- Timeliness: Execute order processing duties within the defined TAT.
- Accuracy: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in daily operations to meet Service Level Agreements.
