As an Assistant Manager for Trade Expansion in Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of clients, including distributors, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), builders, architects, contractors, and interior decorators. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential partnerships, conducting presentations, and following up to ensure successful collaboration.
Your focus will be on enhancing client satisfaction and securing long-term partnerships through effective marketing operations. You will be accountable for achieving client conversion targets within your designated zone or territory and will negotiate substantial contracts in conjunction with the Sales team.
In this position, you will lead the planning, directing, and monitoring of activities within the Trade Expansion and Business Development departments. Conducting market surveys to evaluate potential markets will also be part of your role. You will develop promotional materials such as canopies, banners, and hoardings while coordinating marketing campaigns alongside promotions and sales teams.
Each client project will be managed individually, ensuring comprehensive support and oversight throughout each project’s duration. You will ensure timely project completion in a cost-effective manner and be prepared to undertake any additional responsibilities as necessary.
