About the Position
As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in the dynamic environment of a scaling startup. You will play a vital role in our close-knit talent team, working alongside leadership to redefine our approach to attracting and onboarding top-tier talent.
This role is not about merely filling the pipeline; it's about refining our hiring strategy and sharing insights that will shape our team's future.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment process for engineering, go-to-market, and operations roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Clearly communicate Stainless's mission, products, and culture to candidates, guiding them through a meaningful interview experience.
Identify and implement enhancements to our recruiting strategy, employer branding, interview procedures, and overall candidate experience, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline, accurately track recruitment metrics, and provide insights on our hiring effectiveness.
Deliver constructive feedback to leadership regarding candidate expectations, areas of candidate loss, and the effectiveness of our recruitment messaging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
Proven success in recruiting exceptional talent across technical, go-to-market, and operational roles, with the ability to evaluate candidates in various domains.
Experience in engaging candidates and showcasing the advantages of early-stage opportunities, effectively positioning startup equity and growth potential against larger, established companies.
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and foster a positive candidate experience.
